Cut the bread slice from centre with the help of a knife in a square shape

Now take a bowl & add egg, onion & chilli, salt & whisk it well

Heat the pan & add oil & put the bread slice on the pan. Pour the egg mixture on cut part of the slice on a low flame

Once it’s cooked from the bottom, flip it to the other side. Once it’s done serve with ketchup
