Tomato Bocconcini Canape

Ingredients

  • Bread 1 Slice
  • Ripe Tomato 100 gm
  • Olive Oil 30 ml
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Black Pepper 2gm
  • Bocconcini Cheese 100gm
  • Olive slice 10 gm

Method

Take a bread slice & cut it into four small square pieces. Remove the edge of the bread

Take fresh tomato plus cheese slice & cut in to small square shaped pieces

Now spread olive oil & arrange sliced tomatoes and sliced cheese on the top of the bread, sprinkle some salt n pepper on the top to serve it fresh
