Shrimp & Olive Canape

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 100 gm
  • Cream Cheese 20 gm
  • 1 Slice of Bread
  • Black Olive 10 gm
  • Black Pepper 2 gm
  • Salt 5 gm

Method

01

Cut the bread into square or any other shape of your choice.
Toast the bread slices & spread cream cheese on the top of it
Boil the prawns and put in ice water & after some time drain the water

Marinate the prawn in salt & pepper

Arrange the prawns on the bread slices & garnish it with black olive to serve
