Bread Pakoda

Ingredients

  • Bread – 2 Slices
  • Besan 100 gm
  • Red chilli powder 20.0 gm
  • Carom seed 5 gm
  • Salt 10 gm
  • Turmeric 5gm
  • Potato 100 gm
  • Onion 20 gm
  • Oil 500 ml
  • Green chilli 5 gm

Method

Boil potatoes & mash it

Heat oil in kadhai on medium flame, Now chop onion and green chilli & add the mashed potatoes in the oil. Now add turmeric and red chilli powder & mix it well

Take two slices of breads & fill it with mashed potato mixture & slice it into two pieces

Now put the slices in the besan batter & deep fry it
