Charred Vegetable Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms 10 gm
  • Zucchini 10 gm
  • Patty pan squash 10 gm
  • Red bell pepper 10 gm
  • Oregano 2 gm
  • Balsamic vinegar 5 ml
  • Olive oil 10 ml
  • Salt and pepper 5 gm
  • Bread – 1 Slice
  • Mozzarella cheese 20 gm

Method

First cut the bread into slices & toast it evenly

Finely chop all the vegetables. Now Line a baking sheet with foil.

Toss the vegetables in olive oil & drizzle some balsamic vinegar to it. Sprinkle some with salt, pepper, and oregano

Arrange three finely chopped vegetables on the bread slice & grate some mozzarella cheese on the top of it

Place the bread slice on the pan and cook at 218 degrees Celsius until cheese is melted and bread is toasty
