Keema Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Breads
  • 100g Mutton Keema
  • 50ml Cooking Oil
  • 30g Onion
  • 10g Garlic
  • 5g Green Chilly
  • 25g Tomato Puree
  • 12g Chilli Powder
  • 3g Coriander Seeds
  • 3g Cumin Seeds 
  • 10g Garam Masala
  • 5g Salt
  • 10g Dhaniya

Method

Heat oil in a pan on a  medium flame.  Chop some onion & fry it ,after 5 minutes add chopped ginger and garlic till it turns golden brown

Now add minced meat, chopped chilli and spices

Once the meat turns brown in colour, squeeze the tomato puree to it and add a little water

Cover the pan until the meat is cooked, garnish with coriander & serve it hot
