Asparagus & Cheese Canape

Ingredients

  • Asparagus 40gm
  • Olive Oil 20 ml
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Black Pepper 2 gm
  • Cream Cheese 20 gm
  • 1 Slice of Bread

Method

Cut the bread into small square shapes & toast it

Blanch asparagus in olive oil, black pepper & salt

Now spread cream cheese on the toasted bread slices & arrange the asparagus on each of the slices, your canapes are ready to be served fresh
