Ingredients
- 8-10 Bread slices
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chilli finely chopped 2
- Curry leaves hand torn 5-6
- Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Roasted peanuts 3 tablespoons
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Onion finely chopped 1 medium
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
- Oil for deep-frying
