Prawns and Bread Tempura

Ingredients

  • Medium-size prawns 4
  • Homemade tempura flour 100 gm
  • 1 Egg 
  • Ice cubes 8 no
  • Chilled water 3 tbsp
  • Tbsp all-purpose flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 15 gm
  • Bread 2 Slices

Method

Take a mixing bowl & add sifted all-purpose flour to it, now add corn flour & rice flour to the bowl along with baking powder & mix it all well

Add salt to it for taste & tempura flour is ready to use
Remove the head of the prawns and take out the shell with the help of a scissor, just keep its tail portion intact. Make a slit with a knife

Take another mixing bowl & add 5 ice cubes to it, then add the egg in the bowl
